Welcome, my name is Rachelle Bartz and I am a Virtual Assistant based in the beautiful Clare Valley, South Australia.
I have close to thirty years administration experience supporting various teams and businesses across many industries including retail, printing, training, automotive and oil and gas. I have held roles in sales and marketing, payroll, technical, operations coordination, and systems compliance. Additionally, I have worked as a FIFO Coordinator where organisation and confidence in your back-to-back person is vital to ensure safe, smooth and consistent delivery.
All of these opportunities have granted me the amazing skillset to be your Virtual Assistant. I am extremely systematic, deadline focused and process driven. I love analysing processes to enhance and streamline them. I love spreadsheets and manuals. I especially like working with end-to-end processes regarding policies, procedures and compliance.
